Technology

Built in layers.

The performance of PPF is not one material. It is a controlled system of coating, polyurethane, adhesive and handling layers engineered to work together.

Exploded structure

Every layer has one job.

Four precisely engineered layers work as one system to deliver optical clarity, impact absorption, dependable bonding and installer-friendly handling.

Material system

Precision from roll to road.

Performance is evaluated through visual clarity, stretch behaviour, surface recovery, adhesion and resistance to exposure.

01

TPU flexibility

Thermoplastic polyurethane provides the elastic body needed to conform over complex automotive panels and absorb light impact.

02

Coating chemistry

The top coat supports self-healing, hydrophobicity, stain resistance and the final tactile finish.

03

Adhesive control

Optically clear adhesive must combine secure bonding with the handling characteristics required for precise installation.

04

Optical clarity

Film, adhesive and coating are designed to preserve colour, depth and gloss without visible distortion.

05

Exposure resistance

UV, environmental contamination and common maintenance chemicals are considered in long-term product performance.

06

Installer usability

Stretch, tack, repositioning and finishing behaviour matter because the final result is created during application.
